Lords of Magazine Street stars four high school freshmen, nicknamed the Ice Cream Gangsters, who tangle with an old Jamaican voodoo priest, a cross dressing stage performer, a nosy detective and a few ghosts; witness several murders, some in the past; save themselves from death by magic, and after outrunning the police, manage to get themselves arrested. Can they best the voodoo, reincarnate beautiful Isabella, save Julian, and get themselves out of jail?
